Text Box: Text Box:  Images: Freedom to use any picture, image or clip art you want!

Adding Images: Db Timetable allows you to link resources to images, which can be used to produce image timetable. Any image i.e. clip art, photo, screen copies can be linked as long as the image is in jpeg, bitmap or gif format. Even if you images are in a different format special software (Image Editor) is supplied to resize, cut and convert as required.
To add or review images select Link images to resources from the Images menu.

Adding Images
At the top of the form is the tab display of the resource groups entered. Below this is the listing of resources for the group tab selected. The sub heading over the listing provides the option to select which heading to show in the list, allowing for easier filtering/sorting.

On the right hand side of the from is the image saved for the resource selected. Below this are control buttons which allow you to add, remove and print the images linked.

Update Link to image: When this option is selected Db Timetable displays a standard explorer type window asking you to select the image required. When you select any valid image file type and click on the Open button Db Timetable will copy the image file to a image folder below the timetable data folder, and then link the resource to the file copied.

Remove Link to image: If you already linked an image to a resource then this option will remove the link. It does not remove the image file itself as it may be used by other resources.

Print List: Provides a simple report to show which images are linked to which resources. When selected the following report is produced, displays each resource name, the image it is linked to and also the image itself.

Once you have linked all the images required you can then automatically generate image timetables by simply selecting the image report menu options and also from the main report window.
